New Concept in Hardlines Testing, Inspection's and more OnSpeX is
a new, value-added concept in consumer product evaluation and consulting
services, exclusively dedicated to consumer hardlines. Our goal is
to help retailers and consumer products manufacturers quantify and
analyze the performance of products and suppliers to drive decisions
that ensure customer satisfaction, loyalty, and business success.
Headquartered in Cleveland, Ohio, we were formed at the urging of
major retailers and customers of our sister company, CSA International,
a global leader in testing services for certification against standards.
They expressed a desire for a product performance testing service
that was, quite simply, more than a testing service.
The OnSpeX Vision and Strategy
Driven by these customer requests, our vision is to provide a portfolio
of services, knowledge and capabilities that streamline and facilitate
the task of product performance measurement and overall quality assurance
and risk avoidance program management.

supply chain optimization. By combining these basic elements with
the right resources and global partners we have designed OnSpeX to
