New Concept in Hardlines Testing, Inspections and more
OnSpeX is a new, value-added concept in consumer product evaluation,
data management and consulting services. Our goal is to help
retailers and consumer products manufacturers quantify and analyze
the performance of products and suppliers to drive decisions that
ensure customer satisfaction, loyalty, and business success.
Headquartered
in Cleveland, Ohio, OnSpeX was developed, in large part, as the
result of inquiries from major retailers and certification testing
customers of CSA International. They expressed a desire for a
product performance testing service that was, quite simply, more
than a testing service.
The OnSpeX Vision and Strategy
Driven by these customer requests, our vision is to provide a
portfolio of services, knowledge and capabilities that streamline
and facilitate the task of product performance measurement and
overall quality assurance program management.
Our strategy includes three vital elements:
1. Focus on hardlines testing and data analysis performed by recognized
technical experts in specific product areas.
2. Access to experts and proactive consulting in the areas of standards,
risk assessment, vendor performance measurement, quality management
systems, and compliance monitoring.
3. A centralized, web-based, global data management system that supports
informed decision-making regarding products and partners, and ongoing
supply chain optimization.
By combining these basic elements with the right resources and global
partners, we have designed OnSpeX to be a proactive partner that will
help you make product and supply chain decisions faster and with minimized
risk.
